Abstract Submission Site is now open!
You must first register for the annual meeting before you can submit your abstract.
The presenting author should submit the abstract.
Deadline: The abstract submission deadline is 11:59pm ET on August 1, 2024. Abstracts submitted by this date and accepted will be published in the journal, Glycobiology, and will be available for viewing online. Late Breaking Abstracts may be accepted after August 1st (check back for details), but may not be published in Glycobiology.
Requirements: Abstracts are submitted after the registration process and have a $65 fee per submission. Abstracts must be submitted with the intention that they willl be presented if selected. If a first author must cancel for some reason, it is their responsibility to designate one of the other authors as their replacement.
Length: Limit 3000 characters (not including title, authors, and affiliations).
Figures: DO NOT include figures or tables.
Editing: Be sure your abstract is in final form. It will be printed in Glycobiology as submitted.
Refund and Cancellation Policy: If you must cancel your participation at the SFG meeting, you will need to contact SFG via [email protected]. There will be a $25 non-refundable processing fee for abstract refunds before August 1st. After August 1st, there are no refunds for abstract submissions.
